- Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using the store's inventory management system.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling merchandise and operating equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Assist with setting up and taking down promotional displays and signage.

Previous Retail Experience: A Successful Retail Stocking Associate Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Stocking Or Inventory Management Role. This Experience Will Help The Candidate Understand The Flow Of Merchandise And The Importance Of Maintaining A Well-Stocked Store.
Attention To Detail: Stocking Associates Are Responsible For Ensuring That Merchandise Is Accurately Labeled, Priced, And Displayed On The Sales Floor. This Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Avoid Any Errors Or Discrepancies.
Physical Stamina: This Job Involves A Lot Of Physical Activity, Including Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Merchandise. The Ability To Stand For Extended Periods Of Time And Perform Repetitive Tasks Is Essential For A Retail Stocking Associate.
