Welcome to Burlington Stores! We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Stocking Associate. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-stocked and organized for our customers. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success in this role.   1. Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude towards customers and fellow team members.
  2. Effectively communicate with customers and assist them with any inquiries or concerns.
  3. Ensure all store shelves are fully stocked and organized according to company standards.
  4. Unload and sort incoming merchandise shipments in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to management.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
  7. Demonstrate proficiency in using the store's inventory management system.
  8. Follow all safety protocols and procedures while handling merchandise and operating equipment.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  10. Proactively identify and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
  11. Assist with setting up and taking down promotional displays and signage.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed individual and team productivity goals.
  13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Maintain a strong understanding of all products and services offered by the store to assist customers effectively.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Successful Retail Stocking Associate Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Stocking Or Inventory Management Role.
