
Retail Stocking Associate - Part-Time

- Stock and organize merchandise on store shelves in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock items to management.
- Ensure that all items are accurately labeled and priced.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including backroom and sales floor areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with locating items.
- Follow company safety protocols and procedures while handling merchandise.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks and achieve daily goals.
- Utilize time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or concerns.

- Assist with store opening and closing duties as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For A Retail Stocking Associate Position At Burlington Stores.
Previous Retail Experience: Prior Experience In Retail Operations, Particularly In Stocking And Inventory Management, Is Preferred For This Role.
Strong Organizational Skills: A Retail Stocking Associate Must Have Excellent Organizational Skills To Efficiently Stock And Replenish Merchandise According To Store Standards.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Physical Stamina To Lift And Move Heavy Boxes And Merchandise, As Well As Stand And Walk For Extended Periods Of Time.
Customer Service Skills: While Stocking And Organizing Merchandise, A Retail Stocking Associate Must Also Provide Friendly And Helpful Customer Service To Shoppers On The Sales Floor.
