As a part-time Retail Stocking Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our store.   1. Stock and organize shelves in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Ensure that all merchandise is accurately labeled and priced.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages to management.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  5. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating products and answering any questions.
  6. Follow company policies and procedures for stocking and organizing merchandise.
  7. Meet daily and weekly stocking goals set by management.
  8. Report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
  9. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets.
  11. Continuously learn about new products and promotions to accurately assist customers.
  12. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  13. Assist with receiving and unpacking new merchandise shipments.
  14. Use equipment such as ladders, carts, and hand trucks to stock shelves safely.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with team members and customers.
