We are currently seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Stocking Associate. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our shelves are always fully stocked and our store is organized and visually appealing. We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.   1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for customers.
  3. Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Unpack and sort merchandise according to company standards and procedures.
  5. Stock shelves and racks with merchandise, ensuring proper placement and presentation.
  6. Assist customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
  7. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and store layout to assist customers and maximize sales opportunities.
  8. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overstock to management.
  9. Perform regular price checks and ensure accurate pricing of merchandise.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  12. Comply with company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
  13. Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
  14. Assist in other areas of the store as needed, including cashiering, customer service, and cleaning.
  15. Be proactive in identifying and reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management.
