Burlington Stores is seeking a part-time Retail Stocking Associate to join our team and help ensure our store shelves are always fully stocked and visually appealing for our customers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the overall appearance and organization of our store.   1. Maintain and organize store shelves to ensure they are fully stocked and visually appealing for customers.
  2. Efficiently and accurately restock merchandise according to store standards and procedures.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.
  4. Follow safety protocols and use proper lifting techniques when handling merchandise.
  5. Work quickly and efficiently to meet deadlines and support the overall flow of the store.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain a positive working environment.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including back rooms and stock rooms.
  8. Utilize company technology and systems to accurately track and locate merchandise.
  9. Assist customers as needed with locating products and providing exceptional customer service.
  10. Communicate effectively with management regarding any issues or concerns.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and loss prevention guidelines.
  12. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve job knowledge and skills.
  13. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  14. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Qualified Candidate For A Retail Stocking Associate Position Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Stocking Or Inventory Management Role. This Will Demonstrate An Understanding Of Retail Operations And The Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: As A Retail Stocking Associate, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Ensuring That Merchandise Is Properly Stocked And Displayed On The Sales Floor. This Requires Excellent Organizational Skills To Keep Track Of Inventory Levels And Product Locations.

  • Physical Stamina: This Position Requires Physical Stamina As It Involves Lifting, Pushing, And Pulling Heavy Merchandise. Candidates Should Be Able To Lift Up To 50 Lbs And Stand For Extended Periods Of Time.

  • Attention To Detail: A Retail Stocking Associate Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Merchandise Is Accurately Stocked And Displayed According To Company Standards. This Includes Checking For Pricing Accuracy, Proper Placement Of Product Signage, And Maintaining A Neat And Organized Sales Floor.

  • Availability For Flexible Schedules: As This Is A Part-Time Position, Candidates Should Have Availability To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. This Will Ensure That The Store Has Adequate Coverage During Busy Shopping Periods.
