- Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor according to company standards.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness within the stockroom and on the sales floor.
- Perform daily inventory counts and communicate any discrepancies to management.
- Unload and receive new merchandise shipments, verifying accuracy and quality.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently restock and replenish merchandise throughout the day.
- Monitor and report low stock levels to management in a timely manner.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures while handling merchandise, equipment, and tools.
- Assist with store set-up and visual merchandising initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service by directing customers to desired merchandise and assisting with any inquiries.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient store operations.
