  1. Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor according to company standards.
  2. Maintain organization and cleanliness within the stockroom and on the sales floor.
  3. Perform daily inventory counts and communicate any discrepancies to management.
  4. Unload and receive new merchandise shipments, verifying accuracy and quality.
  5. Collaborate with team members to efficiently restock and replenish merchandise throughout the day.
  6. Monitor and report low stock levels to management in a timely manner.
  7. Follow safety guidelines and procedures while handling merchandise, equipment, and tools.
  8. Assist with store set-up and visual merchandising initiatives.
  9. Provide excellent customer service by directing customers to desired merchandise and assisting with any inquiries.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient store operations.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the company in a positive light at all times.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for self-improvement and growth within the company.
  14. Complete all assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
  15. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Previous Retail Experience: A Successful Retail Stocking Associate Should Have Previous Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Stocking Or Inventory Management Role. This Will Ensure They Are Familiar With The Demands And Expectations Of The Job.

  • Time Management Skills: A Retail Stocking Associate Must Be Able To Prioritize Tasks And Manage Their Time Efficiently In Order To Meet Stocking And Inventory Goals. They Should Also Be Able To Work Quickly And Efficiently To Keep Up With The Fast-Paced Nature Of A Retail Environment.
