
Retail Stocking Associate - Part-Time

- Stock and replenish merchandise: Responsible for ensuring all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor according to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels: Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out of stock items to management.
- Receive and process shipments: Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the inventory system.
- Maintain store standards: Keep the sales floor and backroom areas clean, organized, and safe for both customers and employees.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering any questions and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other associates to ensure efficient and effective stocking and restocking of merchandise.
- Follow company policies: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, cash handling, and loss prevention measures.
- Meet productivity goals: Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while stocking merchandise to meet the demands of the store.
- Flexible scheduling: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the store.

Prior Retail Experience: A Successful Candidate For This Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Stocking Or Inventory Management Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Familiarity With The Tasks And Responsibilities Associated With The Job.
Strong Organizational Skills: Retail Stocking Associates Are Responsible For Maintaining The Store's Inventory Levels And Ensuring That Products Are Displayed In An Organized And Visually Appealing Manner. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail To Effectively Keep Track Of Inventory And Maintain The Store's Appearance.
Physical Stamina: This Job Involves Standing, Walking, And Lifting For Extended Periods Of Time. A Candidate Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Lift And Move Heavy Items, Often In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Customer Service Skills: While The Main Focus Of This Job Is Stocking And Organizing Products, Retail Stocking Associates Are Also Responsible For Assisting Customers And Providing A Positive Shopping Experience. Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Therefore Essential For This Role.
Availability And Flexibility: As A Part-Time Position, This Job May Require Working Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. A Candidate Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Able To Work The Hours Required To Meet The Store's Needs.
