  1. Ensure shelves are fully stocked at all times to meet customer demand.
  2. Organize and maintain merchandise displays to enhance customer shopping experience.
  3. Receive and unpack inventory shipments, accurately checking for any discrepancies.
  4. Label and price merchandise according to company guidelines.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock or out of stock items to management.
  6. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized stockroom to facilitate efficient restocking.
  7. Use inventory management systems to track stock levels and assist with inventory ordering.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Follow safety protocols and company policies when handling and storing merchandise.
  10. Continuously monitor merchandise for quality and report any defects or damages.
  11. Assist customers in locating products and provide product recommendations when necessary.
  12. Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay updated on new products and procedures.
  13. Take direction from managers and work efficiently to meet daily stocking goals.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and coworkers.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including attendance and punctuality standards.
