- Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed on the sales floor.
- Receive and unload shipments of merchandise.
- Check inventory levels and communicate with management about restocking needs.
- Organize and maintain back stock areas.
- Assist customers with locating and retrieving merchandise.
- Keep sales floor clean and well-organized.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks to move merchandise.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Participate in store inventory counts.
- Assist with setting up and taking down seasonal displays.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet and exceed productivity and efficiency goals.
- Contribute ideas for improving store operations and customer experience.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed.
