  3. Maintain organization and cleanliness of stockroom and sales floor, adhering to company standards and safety protocols.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or low stock to management.
  5. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet sales goals, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  6. Assist customers with finding products and provide excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional and friendly manner.
  7. Follow proper procedures for handling and storing merchandise, including tagging, labeling, and pricing items accurately.
  8. Utilize equipment and tools, such as hand trucks and ladders, to safely and efficiently move and stock merchandise.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to assist customers and make product recommendations.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, cash handling, and loss prevention measures.
  11. Proactively identify and report any maintenance or safety concerns to management.
