- Ensure shelves are fully stocked with merchandise at all times.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Receive and unload merchandise shipments.
- Label and price merchandise accurately.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Check for damaged or defective merchandise and report to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating merchandise and answering any questions.
- Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Follow all safety and security procedures while handling merchandise.

Previous Experience In Retail Or Stocking: A Qualified Candidate For A Retail Stocking Associate Position Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment Or Stocking Shelves. This Will Ensure They Are Familiar With The Duties And Responsibilities Of The Job.
Strong Physical Stamina: Retail Stocking Associates Are Required To Lift And Move Heavy Boxes And Merchandise On A Regular Basis. Therefore, A Candidate Should Possess The Physical Stamina And Strength To Perform These Tasks Efficiently.
Attention To Detail: Stocking Shelves And Maintaining Product Displays Requires A Keen Eye For Detail. A Qualified Candidate Should Be Able To Follow Planograms Accurately And Ensure That Products Are Organized And Displayed Correctly.
Time Management Skills: With A High Volume Of Merchandise Coming In And Out Of The Store, Retail Stocking Associates Must Be Able To Work Efficiently And Manage Their Time Effectively. This Includes Prioritizing Tasks And Meeting Deadlines.
