Job Description

Burlington Stores is looking for a reliable and dedicated Retail Stocking Associate to join our team! As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is always fully stocked and organized for our valued customers. We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.   1. Maintain and organize inventory levels to ensure the store is fully stocked at all times.
  2. Restock shelves and racks with merchandise in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Receive and process shipments of new merchandise.
  4. Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.
  5. Ensure all merchandise is properly tagged, priced, and displayed according to company standards.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is clean, neat, and well-organized at all times.
  7. Assist customers with locating merchandise and provide exceptional customer service.
  8. Follow safety procedures and regulations while handling merchandise.
  9. Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  10. Continuously monitor inventory levels and suggest restocking needs to management.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while interacting with customers and team members.
  12. Attend training sessions and stay up to date with product knowledge and store policies.
  13. Take responsibility for any assigned tasks and complete them accurately and efficiently.
  14. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Retail Or Warehousing: A Retail Stocking Associate Should Have Prior Experience In A Retail Or Warehousing Environment, Preferably In A Stocking Or Inventory Management Role.   • Time Management Skills: Retail Stocking Associates Are Often Responsible For Restocking Shelves During Store Hours, While Also Attending To Customer Needs. As Such, They Should Have Strong Time Management Skills To Meet Deadlines And Balance Multiple Tasks Effectively.
