Welcome to Burlington Stores! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Retail Stocking Associate. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our store shelves are fully stocked and our customers have a pleasant shopping experience. This role requires someone who is able to work in a fast-paced environment, has excellent time management skills, and is able to work well in a team.   1. Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to the sales floor.
  2. Organize and stock merchandise on shelves, racks, and other displays in a visually appealing and customer-friendly manner.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or low stock levels to management.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized stock room and work area, adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
  5. Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring all signage and pricing is accurate.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective stock replenishment and store layout.
  8. Utilize company systems and processes to accurately track and record inventory and sales.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety and loss prevention measures.
  10. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals.
  11. Communicate effectively with management and team members regarding any issues or concerns.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company and its values.
  13. Assist in other tasks and duties as assigned by management.
