  1. Ensure store shelves and displays are fully stocked and organized for customers to easily find products.
  2. Receive and unpack merchandise shipments, accurately counting and labeling items.
  3. Verify inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to management.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to safety and security protocols.
  5. Collaborate with sales associates and management to identify and replenish low or out-of-stock items.
  6. Utilize proper lifting and stocking techniques to prevent damage to merchandise.
  7. Assist with setting up and taking down promotional displays and signage.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and directing customers to desired products.
  9. Follow company policies and procedures for handling and storing merchandise.
  10. Continuously monitor and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and timely completion of stocking duties.
  11. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure effective teamwork and store efficiency.
  12. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

  • Physical Stamina: Retail Stocking Associates Must Have The Ability To Stand For Long Periods Of Time, Lift And Move Heavy Boxes, And Perform Repetitive Tasks Such As Bending And Reaching.
