  1. Maintain and restock merchandise on the sales floor to ensure a visually appealing and fully stocked store.
  2. Organize and arrange merchandise according to company standards to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages or overstock situations to management.
  4. Assist in receiving and processing new merchandise shipments, including unpacking, labeling, and storing items.
  5. Keep back stock areas clean and organized to ensure efficient restocking.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to complete tasks and ensure the store is ready for opening and closing.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  8. Utilize knowledge of current and upcoming promotions to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
  9. Follow safety and security procedures to prevent loss and protect company assets.
  10. Strive to meet and exceed daily productivity goals set by management.
