  1. Stock and organize merchandise on store shelves to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked sales floor.
  2. Receive and unload merchandise shipments from trucks and accurately check for damages and discrepancies.
  3. Utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise as needed.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized backroom area, including sorting and organizing merchandise for easy access.
  5. Assist in setting up and taking down promotional displays and signage throughout the store.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  7. Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed, including properly handling merchandise and reporting any suspicious activity.
  8. Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure efficient and effective stock replenishment processes.
  9. Communicate effectively with management regarding any stock or inventory issues.
  10. Cross-train and assist in other areas of the store as needed.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including following all cash handling and loss prevention guidelines.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer satisfaction expectations.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the Burlington brand.
  14. Attend training and development programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  15. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including following all sanitation and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Retail Or Stocking: A Successful Candidate For A Retail Stocking Associate Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment And A Basic Understanding Of Stocking Procedures.
