- Maintain store appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing for customers.
- Stock merchandise: Receive and process shipments of merchandise, ensuring it is accurately labeled and placed on the sales floor in a timely manner.
- Restock shelves and displays: Continuously monitor and replenish merchandise on the sales floor to ensure products are always available for customers.
- Assist customers: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions about merchandise location or availability.
- Follow company policies and procedures: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
- Collaborate with team members: Work closely with other team members to maintain the store's appearance and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain inventory accuracy: Keep track of inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
- Handle customer inquiries: Assist customers with any questions or concerns regarding merchandise or store policies.
- Utilize technology: Use various computer systems and handheld devices to track inventory and assist customers.

Previous Experience In Retail Or Stocking: Candidates For This Role Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment Or In A Stocking Position. This Will Ensure They Have A Basic Understanding Of The Tasks And Responsibilities Involved In The Job.
Strong Organizational And Time Management Skills: Retail Stocking Associates Are Responsible For Maintaining The Organization And Cleanliness Of The Sales Floor And Stockroom. They Must Be Able To Prioritize Tasks And Work Efficiently To Meet Deadlines.
