As a Stocking Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our store is always fully stocked and ready for our customers.   1. Maintain and organize inventory levels by regularly restocking merchandise on the sales floor.
  2. Receive and process shipments of new merchandise, accurately recording inventory and properly storing items.
  3. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stock shortages.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely stocking of all merchandise.
  5. Utilize inventory management systems to accurately update and track inventory levels.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, following company standards and safety guidelines.
  7. Assist with pricing and labeling of merchandise as needed.
  8. Communicate with management regarding inventory needs and suggest restocking orders as necessary.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating and retrieving merchandise.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
  11. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and company updates.
  12. Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily stocking goals and deadlines.
  13. Collaborate with other departments, such as the sales team, to ensure a cohesive and well-stocked store.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, promoting a welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
  15. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to support the needs of the store.
