- Maintain and organize inventory levels by regularly restocking merchandise on the sales floor.
- Receive and process shipments of new merchandise, accurately recording inventory and properly storing items.
- Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stock shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely stocking of all merchandise.
- Utilize inventory management systems to accurately update and track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, following company standards and safety guidelines.
- Assist with pricing and labeling of merchandise as needed.
- Communicate with management regarding inventory needs and suggest restocking orders as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating and retrieving merchandise.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and company updates.
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet daily stocking goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as the sales team, to ensure a cohesive and well-stocked store.
