Responsibilities: • Accurately stock and arrange store merchandise • Ensure product is correctly priced and labeled • Assist customers with locating items and providing helpful advice • Maintain a neat and organized store environment • Follow company policies and procedures • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions • Fulfill any other duties as assigned • Provide excellent customer service • Monitor store inventory and inform management of low stock levels • Receive and unpack shipments • Process customer returns and exchanges
