Retail Stocking Associate

Responsibilities of a Retail Stocking Associate:

1. Receive, unpack, and organize merchandise shipments.
2. Stock shelves and racks with merchandise according to store guidelines.
3. Respond to customer inquiries regarding stock availability and product specifications.
4. Ensure that displays are attractive, neat, and organized.
5. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
6. Ensure that merchandise is priced correctly and that all price changes are communicated to customers.
7. Assist with inventory control and management.
8. Assist with store opening and closing procedures.
9. Assist customers with product selection and sales.
10. Ensure that all customer service standards are met.
