Responsibilities:

1. Restock shelves and merchandise displays in accordance with company standards.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, responding to inquiries, and addressing any customer issues.
3. Ensure the store is clean and organized at all times.
4. Assist customers with locating merchandise and provide product knowledge.
5. Assist in processing returns and exchanges.
6. Monitor store security and prevent shoplifting.
7. Monitor inventory levels and restock as necessary.
8. Assist in unloading and stocking shipments.
9. Receive and process payments from customers.
10. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
