Retail Stocking Associate

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Stocking Associate to join our team at Burlington Stores. Responsibilities:

• Receive and unload stock from deliveries
• Stock shelves, racks, and cases with merchandise
• Organize and arrange merchandise displays to maximize visibility and sales
• Ensure that merchandise is fully stocked and neatly organized
• Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed
• Assist customers with finding and selecting merchandise
• Answer customer questions and provide information on products and services
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned
