Retail Stocking Associate

We’re looking for a highly motivated and organized Retail Stocking Associate to join our team at Burlington Stores. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for problem solving. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about being part of a team that helps drive the success of the store.To be successful in this role, you must have strong organizational skills and the ability to stay focused on tasks. You must also be comfortable using technology to facilitate operations. A high school diploma and at least one year of experience in a retail environment are required for this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Unload, stock, and organize merchandise in store shelves, racks, and displays.
2. Greet customers and answer their questions regarding products and services.
3. Ensure the store is neat and clean at all times.
4. Assist with the daily operations of the store, including opening/closing, cashiering, and inventory management.
5. Maintain an accurate count of merchandise on hand and order needed items in a timely manner.
6. Ensure all safety standards are met and maintained.
7. Assist with customer returns and exchanges.
8. Utilize technology to facilitate store operations.
9. Follow store policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
10. Provide excellent customer service and promote a positive shopping experience.
