Retail Stocking Associate

Burlington Stores is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Retail Stocking Associate to help maintain the high level of customer service our customers have come to expect. As a Retail Stocking Associate, you will be responsible for stocking merchandise on the selling floor, as well as other duties related to maintaining a successful store. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational and customer service skills, and possess the ability to work independently and with a team. Responsibilities:

1. Stock merchandise on the selling floor in a timely and organized manner.
2. Maintain a neat and orderly store environment.
3. Greet customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
4. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance with store products.
5. Monitor store merchandise levels and restock shelves as necessary.
6. Assist with store inventory and keep accurate records of store supplies.
7. Assist with customer checkouts to ensure a smooth customer experience.
8. Assist in other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
9. Adhere to all safety and security guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
10. Maintain a positive attitude and deliver excellent customer service.
