Retail Stocking Associate

Burlington Stores is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Stocking Associate to join our team! Responsibilities:

• Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor according to company standards.
• Organize and maintain the backroom in an orderly fashion.
• Ensure the store is clean and organized for customers at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers.
• Lift and move heavy items as required.
• Stand for long periods of time while stocking and replenishing merchandise.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling merchandise.
