- Receive and organize merchandise shipments in a timely and efficient manner.
- Restock shelves with merchandise from the stockroom to ensure the store is always fully stocked.
- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or overages to management.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and priced.
- Assist with setting up displays and merchandising products in an attractive and organized manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with any questions or concerns and directing them to products they are looking for.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep track of stock levels and communicate any inventory needs to management.
- Assist with unloading and organizing delivery trucks.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions to better assist customers.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and team members.
- Complete any other duties as assigned by management to contribute to the overall success of the store.
Excellent Organizational And Time-Management Skills.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Previous Stocking Or Retail Experience Preferred.
Ability To Lift And Carry Heavy Objects (Up To 50 Lbs) And Stand For Long Periods Of Time.
