  1. Conduct routine inventory checks to identify and prevent potential loss and theft.
  2. Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends and patterns that may indicate fraudulent activity.
  3. Implement loss prevention strategies to protect the company's assets and minimize financial losses.
  4. Collaborate with store management and team members to identify and resolve potential security threats.
  5. Train and educate store employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures.
  6. Conduct thorough investigations of suspected theft or fraud incidents.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all inventory-related activities and incidents.
  8. Monitor security cameras and other surveillance equipment to identify and prevent theft and fraud.
  9. Work closely with law enforcement and security agencies when necessary.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loss prevention.
  11. Communicate effectively with customers and handle any theft or fraud-related incidents in a professional and respectful manner.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to inventory control and loss prevention.
  13. Report any suspicious or unusual activity to store management and the corporate loss prevention team.
  14. Participate in store-wide shrinkage reduction initiatives and provide suggestions for improvement.
  15. Maintain a safe and secure work environment for customers and employees.
