  • Monitor and maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shortage control
  • Conduct regular audits and physical checks to identify any potential risks or security breaches
  • Utilize surveillance systems and other tools to identify and investigate any suspicious activities
  • Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to reduce and prevent loss
  • Train and educate store associates on loss prevention techniques and procedures
  • Respond to and resolve any incidents of theft or other security concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all security and loss prevention activities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in loss prevention technology to continuously improve store security measures
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of store staff, management, and external partners regarding loss prevention and security issues.
