- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive manner.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols and procedures, including proper handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Act as a role model for other team members, promoting a culture of security and loss prevention awareness.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Basic Educational Qualification Is Necessary For A Retail Shortage Control Position At Burlington Stores.
Previous Retail Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Environment, Particularly In Roles Related To Loss Prevention Or Inventory Control, Would Be Beneficial For This Position.
Strong Observational Skills: The Ability To Pay Close Attention To Detail And Notice Any Unusual Or Suspicious Behavior Is Essential For A Retail Shortage Control Position.
