  1. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential security risks and prevent loss of merchandise and assets.
  2. Monitor store entrances and exits to deter and detect potential theft or fraudulent activity.
  3. Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
  4. Utilize surveillance technology and other tools to monitor and identify suspicious behavior or activities.
  5. Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner to provide a positive shopping experience while also deterring theft.
  6. Communicate effectively with store leadership and law enforcement when necessary to report incidents and provide necessary documentation.
  7. Assist in training and educating store associates on loss prevention procedures and policies.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of incidents, investigations, and other relevant information.
  9. Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in loss prevention.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures at all times and act with integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.
