  1. Implementing strategies for preventing and minimizing loss due to theft, fraud, and operational errors.
  2. Conducting regular audits and investigations to identify potential areas of risk.
  3. Collaborating with store management to develop and implement effective shrinkage reduction plans.
  4. Utilizing surveillance systems and monitoring tools to identify suspicious behavior or activity.
  5. Conducting employee training on theft prevention and loss control procedures.
  6. Maintaining accurate records of all incidents and investigations.
  7. Communicating effectively with store management and corporate stakeholders regarding any security concerns.
  8. Conducting thorough investigations into reported incidents and providing recommendations for improvement.
  9. Identifying and reporting any potential safety hazards or risks within the store.
  10. Working closely with law enforcement agencies and court officials as needed.
  11. Participating in store-wide events and initiatives to promote theft awareness and prevention.
  12. Staying current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve loss prevention strategies.
  13. Building positive relationships with customers and employees to promote a safe and secure shopping environment.
  14. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the job.
  15. Adhering to all company policies and procedures related to safety and security.
