2. Conduct routine surveillance of merchandise and customers to identify and prevent suspicious behavior.
3. Implement and enforce store policies and procedures related to theft prevention and safety.
4. Collaborate with store management to develop and implement strategies to reduce shrink and increase profitability.
5. Conduct regular audits of store inventory to identify discrepancies and report findings to management.
6. Train and educate store employees on theft prevention techniques and protocols.
7. Utilize CCTV systems and other security measures to monitor store activity.
8. Respond to and document any incidents of theft or suspicious activity in a timely and accurate manner.
9. Conduct bag checks and other security measures as needed.
10. Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management regarding store policies and procedures.
11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient operation.
12. Stay up-to-date on current trends and methods in theft prevention and security.
13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and employees.
14. Serve as a role model for professionalism and integrity within the store.
15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
