- Identify and investigate discrepancies in inventory levels, working with management to resolve any issues.
- Utilize company systems and tools to track and report on inventory movement and shrinkage.
- Collaborate with store leadership to develop and implement strategies for reducing shrinkage and improving inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular reviews of inventory procedures and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Train new team members on inventory control processes and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management to ensure efficient and accurate execution of inventory control tasks.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding product availability.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safe and efficient inventory handling.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures related to inventory control and shortage prevention.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect the store's assets and prevent loss.
Strong Understanding Of Retail Loss Prevention Strategies And Techniques.
Experience With Inventory Management Systems And Procedures.
Ability To Analyze Data And Identify Patterns To Proactively Prevent Theft And Fraud.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Customers, Employees, And Law Enforcement.
Knowledge Of Local, State, And Federal Laws Related To Theft And Fraud In A Retail Setting.
