  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers in finding and selecting merchandise that fits their style and needs.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current products, sales, and promotional events.
  5. Utilize selling techniques to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
  6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  7. Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked at all times.
  8. Continuously learn about new products and trends in the fashion industry to provide knowledgeable and up-to-date assistance to customers.
  9. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures relating to customer service, sales, and safety.
  11. Attend and actively participate in training and development programs.
  12. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  13. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude to create a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  14. Provide feedback and suggestions to store management to improve the overall customer experience.
  15. Follow all loss prevention measures to ensure the safety and security of merchandise and the store.
  16. Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
