  1. Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listen to their needs, and offer product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  2. Drive sales: Utilize knowledge of current fashion trends and product offerings to promote and upsell merchandise, meet sales goals, and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  3. Maintain store appearance: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing to create an inviting shopping environment for customers.
  4. Team player: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations, assist with tasks as needed, and work together to achieve common goals.
  5. Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming fashion trends, as well as product features and benefits, to effectively communicate and educate customers.
  6. Cash handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  7. Problem-solving: Address customer concerns and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner, escalating to management when necessary.
  8. Time management: Prioritize and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure the timely completion of assigned responsibilities.
  9. Adhere to company policies: Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
  10. Promote company initiatives: Actively participate in company initiatives, such as customer loyalty programs and promotions, to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
