Product Knowledge: A Thorough Understanding Of The Products And Services Offered By Burlington Stores Is Necessary To Provide Accurate Information And Recommendations To Customers. This Includes Knowledge Of Current Promotions, Pricing, And Inventory Availability.
Cash Handling And Pos Experience: Proficiency In Handling Cash Transactions And Operating A Point-Of-Sale (Pos) System Is Essential For A Retail Sales Associate. This Includes Processing Payments, Issuing Refunds, And Ensuring Accuracy In Cash Counts.
Availability And Flexibility: As A Part-Time Position, Candidates Should Be Available To Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Holidays. They Should Also Have The Ability To Adapt To A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Retail Environment.
