  1. Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
  2. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of current fashion trends and product offerings to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  3. Utilize strong sales skills to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and ensuring proper product placement.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
  7. Continuously seek opportunities to improve product knowledge and sales techniques through training and development programs.
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and provide excellent customer service.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer inquiries, complaints, and returns.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory control measures.
  11. Maintain a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
  12. Proactively communicate with management regarding customer feedback, product requests, and any operational issues.
  13. Uphold a strong understanding of the store's brand and mission to accurately represent the company to customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Qualified Candidate For This Position Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Sales Role. This Will Demonstrate Their Understanding Of Customer Service And Sales Techniques.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: A Retail Sales Associate Must Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Coworkers. This Includes Active Listening, Verbal And Written Communication, And The Ability To Effectively Convey Product Information.
