- Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends, store promotions, and merchandise to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed to ensure a well-stocked sales floor.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and customer service skills through training and coaching.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety protocols and loss prevention measures.

Previous Sales Experience: A Qualified Candidate For A Retail Sales Associate Position At Burlington Stores Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience Working In A Sales Or Retail Environment.
