Previous Retail Sales Experience: A Qualified Candidate For A Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Position At Burlington Stores Should Have Previous Experience In A Similar Role. This Could Include Working In A Retail Store, Customer Service Experience, Or Sales Experience In A Related Industry.
Strong Customer Service Skills: Excellent Customer Service Skills Are Essential For A Retail Sales Associate.
