  1. Greet and welcome customers to Burlington Stores with a friendly and positive attitude.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating the needs of customers.
  3. Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs, utilizing knowledge of store inventory and product features.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of current promotions, sales, and discounts to effectively communicate and encourage customer purchases.
  5. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience for customers.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  8. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
  9. Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry and store trends.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and safety.
  11. Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  13. Actively participate in training and development opportunities to improve sales techniques and customer service skills.
  14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Communicate Effectively, Resolve Conflicts, And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.

  • Product Knowledge: A Retail Sales Associate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Products Sold In The Store, Including Features, Benefits, And Pricing. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Assist Customers And Make Recommendations.

  • Flexibility: As A Part-Time Role, This Position May Require Working During Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. A Candidate Should Be Able To Adapt To A Flexible Schedule And Work Well In A Fast-Paced, Ever-Changing Retail Environment.

  • Team Player: A Successful Retail Sales Associate Should Be Able To Work Well In A Team And Collaborate With Colleagues To Achieve Common Goals. They Should Also Be Able To Take Direction From Superiors And Support Other Team Members When Needed.
