- Greet and welcome customers to Burlington Stores with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and anticipating the needs of customers.
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs, utilizing knowledge of store inventory and product features.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current promotions, sales, and discounts to effectively communicate and encourage customer purchases.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting products.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry and store trends.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, sales, and safety.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies.

Strong Customer Service Skills: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have Excellent Customer Service Skills, Including The Ability To Communicate Effectively, Resolve Conflicts, And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.
Sales Experience: Previous Experience In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Similar Industry, Is Desirable For This Role. A Candidate Should Possess A Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets.
Product Knowledge: A Retail Sales Associate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Products Sold In The Store, Including Features, Benefits, And Pricing. This Knowledge Will Enable Them To Effectively Assist Customers And Make Recommendations.
Flexibility: As A Part-Time Role, This Position May Require Working During Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. A Candidate Should Be Able To Adapt To A Flexible Schedule And Work Well In A Fast-Paced, Ever-Changing Retail Environment.
Team Player: A Successful Retail Sales Associate Should Be Able To Work Well In A Team And Collaborate With Colleagues To Achieve Common Goals. They Should Also Be Able To Take Direction From Superiors And Support Other Team Members When Needed.
