Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Sales Experience: A Candidate For A Retail Sales Associate - Part-Time Job At Burlington Stores Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Success In A Retail Sales Environment. This Includes Experience In Providing Excellent Customer Service, Meeting Sales Targets, And Working With Point-Of-Sale Systems.

  • Strong Communication Skills: A Retail Sales Associate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Customers To Understand Their Needs And Provide Them With The Best Shopping Experience. This Includes Being Able To Listen Actively, Speak Clearly And Persuasively, And Write Accurately.

  • Ability To Work A Flexible Schedule: Retail Sales Associates Are Required To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Weekends, Evenings, And Holidays. A Candidate Should Be Able To Demonstrate Their Availability For These Hours And Show A Willingness To Work During Peak Business Periods.
