  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Assist customers in finding products and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and maintaining visual displays.
  5. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's POS system.
  6. Continuously stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
  7. Meet sales goals and targets set by management.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  9. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  11. Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  12. Assist in maintaining inventory levels and merchandising standards.
  13. Proactively suggest and upsell products to customers to increase sales.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the customer shopping experience.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  16. Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Retail Sales: Candidates For This Position Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Sales Role. This Experience Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Provide Excellent Customer Service, Handle Cash Transactions, And Meet Sales Goals.

  • Strong Communication Skills: A Retail Sales Associate Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Interact With Customers And Fellow Employees Effectively.   • Ability To Work Flexible Hours: As A Part-Time Position, The Retail Sales Associate Must Be Willing And Able To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. This Flexibility Is Necessary To Meet The Changing Needs Of The Store And Provide Excellent Customer Service During Peak Shopping Times.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Retail Sales Associates Are Responsible For Maintaining The Store's Appearance And Ensuring Products Are Well-Stocked And Displayed. This Requires Strong Organizational Skills To Keep Track Of Inventory, Restock Shelves, And Create Visually Appealing Displays. Candidates Should Demonstrate An Eye For Detail And The Ability To Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Environment.
