  1. Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting with product selection.
  3. Actively listen to customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and promotions within the store.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and upselling.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves and arranging displays as needed.
  8. Assist with inventory management and replenishment of stock.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  10. Stay up-to-date on store policies, procedures, and promotions.
  11. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  13. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
  14. Adhere to all safety and security protocols.
  15. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  16. Show up to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.
  17. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Job Qualifications
