- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, including handling cash and credit card payments.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking merchandise, folding and arranging clothing, and maintaining displays.
- Actively monitor and assist with inventory management, including receiving and processing new merchandise shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales goals and provide a positive and cohesive work environment.

Excellent Customer Service Skills: Retail Sales Associates Must Possess Strong Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Provide Exceptional Customer Service To Ensure A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers.
Sales Experience: Experience In Sales, Either In A Retail Setting Or In A Related Field, Is Often Required For A Retail Sales Associate Position. This Includes Knowledge Of Sales Techniques, Such As Upselling And Cross-Selling, To Increase Sales And Meet Sales Targets.
Product Knowledge: A Retail Sales Associate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Products Being Sold In The Store. This Includes Knowledge Of Features, Benefits, And Uses Of Various Products To Assist Customers In Making Informed Purchase Decisions.
Cash Handling And Basic Math Skills: Retail Sales Associates Are Responsible For Handling Cash And Processing Transactions, So They Should Have Basic Math Skills And Be Comfortable Using A Cash Register Or Point Of Sale System.
