Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service • Assist customers with product selections, purchases, and returns • Demonstrate product features, benefits and use • Answer customer inquiries and suggest additional products • Keep the store clean and organized • Ensure shelves are stocked with merchandise • Process cash and credit card payments • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer information • Track inventory and order new merchandise as needed • Follow all safety and security procedures
