1. Oversee and manage the front end operations of the store, including cashiers, customer service, and merchandise returns.
2. Ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience by monitoring and improving checkout processes.
3. Train and develop front end team members on customer service, sales techniques, and store policies.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any customer complaints or issues.
5. Monitor and manage cash handling procedures to minimize loss and ensure accuracy.
6. Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve sales goals and drive profitability.
7. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Provide coaching and feedback to front end team members to improve performance and productivity.
9. Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure alignment and consistency.
10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve front end operations.
11. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
12. Resolve any staffing issues and ensure proper coverage for all front end shifts.
13. Monitor and manage inventory levels at the front end to prevent overstocking or shortages.
14. Collaborate with the Loss Prevention team to ensure store security and prevent theft.
15. Perform any other duties as assigned by the store manager.
