Previous Supervisory Experience: A Successful Candidate For A Retail Front End Supervisor Position At Burlington Stores Should Have Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Experience Should Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Manage A Team, And A Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets.
