As the front end supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store by overseeing the cashier team and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who has previous supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of retail operations.   1. Lead and supervise the front end team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Oversee cashier transactions and ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  4. Train and develop new team members on front end procedures and customer service standards.
  5. Monitor and maintain proper cash handling procedures.
  6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Collaborate with other store leaders to ensure overall store operations run smoothly.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized front end area to provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  9. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
  10. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  11. Identify and address any issues or concerns within the front end team.
  12. Assist in scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail and customer service.
  14. Act as a role model for the team by demonstrating excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Supervisory Experience: A Successful Candidate For A Retail Front End Supervisor Position At Burlington Stores Should Have Previous Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Environment. This Experience Should Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Manage A Team, And A Track Record Of Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Front End Supervisor, This Person Will Be Responsible For Ensuring A Positive Shopping Experience For All Customers. Therefore, Excellent Customer Service Skills Are A Must. This Includes The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations, Resolve Customer Complaints, And Ensure That All Customers Are Treated With Respect And Professionalism.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Operations: A Retail Front End Supervisor Should Have A Good Understanding Of Retail Operations, Including Store Policies And Procedures, Inventory Management, And Cash Handling. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Overseeing The Front End Operations And Ensuring That All Processes Are Running Smoothly.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Communication Is Key In Any Supervisory Role, And A Front End Supervisor Is No Exception. This Person Will Need To Communicate Effectively With Both Customers And Team Members, As Well As With Other Departments And Management. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For Success In This Role.

  • Attention To Detail: The Front End Of A Retail Store Is A Busy And Fast-Paced Environment, With Many Transactions Happening Simultaneously. A Retail Front End Supervisor Should Have Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Cash Handling, Pricing, And Inventory Management. This Person Should Also Be Vigilant In Identifying And Resolving Any Issues That May Arise.
