  1. Oversee the daily operations of the front end department, including cashiers and customer service associates.
  2. Ensure excellent customer service by providing guidance and support to front end team members.
  3. Train and develop front end team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  4. Monitor and maintain front end inventory levels and ensure accuracy of sales transactions.
  5. Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Implement and enforce loss prevention and safety protocols to protect company assets.
  8. Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for front end team members.
  9. Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improving front end processes and procedures.
  10. Collaborate with store management to meet sales goals and maximize profitability.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to front end team members.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the front end operations.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, dress code, and cash handling.
  14. Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and exceptional customer service.
  15. Act as a role model for employees by exhibiting professionalism, integrity, and strong leadership skills.
