- Oversee the front end operations of the store, including cashiers, customer service, and returns.
- Ensure efficient and accurate transactions at the checkout by monitoring and coaching cashiers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by being present on the front end and assisting customers as needed.
- Train and develop front end team members to ensure they are knowledgeable about store policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain front end cleanliness and organization to create a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy and security.
- Collaborate with other store departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
- Create and implement strategies to improve front end processes and increase customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Schedule and assign tasks to front end team members to ensure adequate coverage at all times.
- Monitor and report on front end performance metrics, such as customer wait times and transaction times.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement training programs for front end team members.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.

Experience In A Retail Supervisory Role: The Ideal Candidate For A Retail Front End Supervisor Position At Burlington Stores Should Have Prior Experience In A Retail Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Fast-Paced Environment. This Will Demonstrate Their Ability To Manage And Lead A Team Effectively.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Front End Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Customers, Employees, And Other Store Managers. Therefore, Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential To Effectively Communicate Expectations, Address Issues, And Maintain A Positive Work Environment.
