- Keep track of sales and customer traffic and report to upper management.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to make necessary adjustments to drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.
- Act as a positive role model for employees by demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Handle any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the store manager.
Prior Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Setting. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Leading A Team.
Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Front End Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Ensuring A Positive Shopping Experience For Customers. They Should Have Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, As Well As The Ability To Handle Difficult Situations With Tact And Professionalism.
Knowledge Of Retail Operations: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Retail Store Operations, Including Inventory Management, Cash Handling, And Loss Prevention. They Should Also Be Familiar With Point Of Sale Systems And Other Retail Software.
Team Management Skills: The Front End Supervisor Will Be Responsible For Overseeing And Motivating A Team Of Cashiers And Customer Service Associates. The Candidate Should Have Experience In Training, Scheduling, And Evaluating Employees To Ensure A Productive And Efficient Team.
Attention To Detail: In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment, It Is Crucial For The Front End Supervisor To Have Strong Attention To Detail To Ensure Accuracy In Cash Handling, Pricing, And Other Operational Tasks.
